Call Center Coordinator

Location: Pastoral Center, 15 N. 7th Street, Camden, NJ

Responsibilities: The Call Center Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of the Call Center of the Diocesan Home and Parish Healthcare Services.  Call Center Coordinator will develop and maintain high level of professionalism in the Call Center and be a resource to the staff regarding care coordination, eligibility for services and referrals for appropriate services.  The Call Center Coordinator will monitor data collection, coordinate functionality of Call Center technology, maintain resource directories and assure appropriate information is provided to callers and follow up conducted.  The Coordinator will serve as a resource to Call Center Operators for complex situations and also provide telephone coverage.   

Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree required.  Minimum 3 Years of experience in Call Center or related field such as Customer Service, Advocacy, Care Coordination, Discharge Planning, Case Management or Counselling in (health care or social services preferred).  Demonstrated skills in customer service, developing rapport and problem solving. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish), but not required.
